City Living Committee

The City Living Committee works to promote the value of living within the city of Harrisburg. We believe that in order for the city of Harrisburg to continue its renaissance, it must retain and attract a diverse group of residents. People from all walks of life form the truest community and give each of us an opportunity to learn from one another. With many amenities and a beautiful river within a short walk, the city offers great opportunities for an exciting and diverse way to live.

Committee members and volunteers will achieve this mission in the following ways:

• Create and publicize positive perceptions about City Living.
• Organize the HYP Annual City Living Tour which highlights residences, apartments, shops, restaurants, and all the great things that make city living the only way to live!
• Organize and participate in other events and volunteering opportunities that serve to encourage city living.
• Facilitate awareness and education of home buying and living in an urban setting.
