Lieutenant Colonel Brian Gilman of the United State Marine Corps will provide insight into the fundamentals and principles of leadership. Serving countless leadership roles during his career as a Marine Officer, Lieutenant Colonel Gilman will share his experience as a leader, lay a foundation for your development as a leader, and provide you valuable resources for your continued development as a leader.

Dale Fallon, President and Founder of the Communication Gym works with participants to become stronger and more influential leaders. Dale will help you develop and practice your ability to authentically communicate your core message. As a professional business coach for more than 12 years, Mr. Fallon has coached in more than 400 organizations and worked with thousands of individuals across the country.

Kyle Sollenberger, CoFounder of CoTweet, a social media management system for large corporations. Ideas need architects to translate them into the real world. Kyle knows about spaces, people, pixels and building codes. He is an entrepreneur, designer, husband and father who has built a career creating companies that provide a compelling user experience.
