Each month, Harrisburg Young Professionals (HYP) spotlights a corporate partner, nonprofit organization and passport program member that is helping to make Harrisburg a better place to live, work and play. Harrisburg, PA (March 8, 2011): Harrisburg Young Professionals (HYP), a nonprofit organization focused on improving the quality of life in the City of Harrisburg, was recognized for its Home in the City program by Central Penn Business Journal's 2011 Nonprofit Innovation Awards, which recognizes and honors local 501(c)(3) organizations and executives that demonstrate innovation in their daily operations. HYP leaders, as well as other awardees, were recognized on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at the Lancaster County Convention Center.
