Forster Street Clean-Up and Mulching Recap

On Saturday, October 4th, the Harrisburg Young Professionals, in partnership with Harrisburg University, held a clean-up and mulching event for the Forster Street median in downtown Harrisburg. By all measures, the event was a huge success. Over 30 volunteers, including HYP members, HU students and staff, and neighborhood residents, showed up to pull weeds, pick up trash, and spread mulch, making one of the City's busiest traffic corridors a beautiful promenade.
