HYP Board Member Dave Butcher Named “Forty Under 40"

HYP Board Member David L. Butcher has been honored as one of the Central Penn Business Journal's "Forty Under 40."

This award is given to the region's most accomplished young leaders, honoring individuals from Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster and York counties.

Dave is President of WCI Partners, LP, a noted real estate investment/development firm headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, focusing on urban real estate projects that encourage city living, working, and job creation in downtown/urban areas.

Dave serves HYP as a Board Member and co-chair of HYP's Beautification Committee. He also serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity, as the co-chair of the Harrisburg 2020 committee of CREDC, and co-chair of the Urban Land Institute's Central PA Programming Committee. He is a graduate of Temple University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Leadership Harrisburg Area's Executive Leadership Series.
